Havent updated for a bit, i know. Provincials are next weekend, kind of hard to believe, but yay. I'm excited. I really want to make it to nations, because then i could see NULB. He is coming to see me in August!! YAY! He has to save a lot of money, but hopefully he's going to come for a week or so. I'm going to save my money too. I'm taking that babysitting job, it's $120 a week, plus what I make at work...I can save over $1000 just by saving $20 a week plus my babysitting cash.

I had an okay day today. I came home early from school because I felt really sick. NULB called, and we got to spend some time together. He's very excited becauase he bought this trackball thing, its like a mouse but not really. It looks really cool. SO we had been on the phone a couple hours, when all of a sudden my mom walks in the door...crap. So I had to hang up, and I think she's mad at me for coming home early. But honestly, my stomach hurt so much that I couldn't even pay attention in class. How am I supposed to make it through a whole day like that?
So anyway, I went and took a bath after that. I'm reading Rabbit, Run by John Updike, it's really a good book. Really verbose and stuff, but a good story. Oh, it was too funny...I was taking the bus home, and it was really full, so I went to sit at the back, because I had to go almost all the way around the route and didnt want to stand. Anyone who lives in the city knows that all the "cool" people sit at the back of the bus, and there were these 2 "gangsta" guys sitting across from me. So I sat down and took my book out, and one guy nudges the other and points at me. I thought they were gonna say something rude, but the one guy says to the other, "Look, that book's called Rabbit Run, it must be about Eminem and 8 Mile" Heh...the illiterate...lol.
My mom's in a royal piss off because my sister went to her friend's house when she said she was only going down the street. I hope she doesn't get in too much trouble, a) so my mom doesnt unplug the modem or sleep on the couch, meaning NULB and I don't get much time, or b) my sister sort of knows about NULB, she knows we talk on the phone, and I'm always afraid that she's gonna tell my mom and that I'm going to get in soooo much shit and lose NULB. So hopefully, nothing bad happens.
NULB's gonna be gone most of tonight. He's cooking his mom dinner, and then he's going grocery shopping. Hopefully I'll get a chance to call him tonight though. Fingers crossed. (Oh, and didn't I luck out on him? He grocery shops and knows how to cook...I so lucky :)

It's been ages since I've updated this. I really should take the time to do it more....
First thing, my Reach team won our district! We went 12-0, and now we get to go to provincials. Provincials are in Toronto, 3 weeks from now. There's 40 teams going, and we play 7 games over the weekend. The top 10 teams at the end of the weekend get to go to the TV rounds, where their games will be taped and aired on TV. And the top 2 teams get to go to Nationals, which are in Edmonton 2 weeks after provincials. I don't even know if we'll make it to the TV rounds, but provincials are always fun and I look forward to going.
Prom is in about a month. I'm kind of excited about that. I'm going dress shopping next weekend, which is going to be fun. I can't wait to get all dressed up in a fancy dress and all that girly stuff. The part that sucks is that I have to pay $60 for my ticket this week, and I don't have that much money right now. And the part that really sucks is that I don't have anyone to go with. I mean, I'm going with my girlfriends, but I was sort of maybe hoping NULB could come. But I know that it's a lot of money, so he can't come. But I told him that I'm gonna bring my teddy bear. And I'll have the necklace he gave me, which will make me feel closer to him :)
Katie's birthday was today. I went and bought her a present and went over there for a few hours, not because she was having a party or anything, just because I knew it was her birthday and wanted to be a good friend and be there with her. In the end, she spazzed on me and essentially kicked me out, after telling me I wrecked her party. I don't know why I try to be nice to her. It just always ends up blowing up in my face. I try to be nice, and she just yells at me. It's not fair...
NULB and I are doing ok right now. We've been having some rough spots, but I think things are going to be better.
Work still sucks. I want to find a new job. I'm bored at Arby's, there's nothing challenging there for me. I want a job where I can at least use my brain and stuff, not act like some fast food android.
I was driving to the store today, and was running my wipers to clear some light snow off the windshield, and one of the wipers broke. Luckly my dad fixed it...
